VJ Sunny’s Sound Party wraps up shoot; politician Kalvakuntla Kavitha unveils the first poster

VJ Sunny, whose comic caper Unstoppable premiered on Amazon Prime Video recently, is next starring in a film titled Sound Party. Popular actress Aamani’s niece Hrithika Srinivas plays the female lead in the entertainer bankrolled by Ravi Polishetty, Mahendra Gajendra, Sri Shyam Gajendra under Full Moon Media Productions. Jayashankar is presenting the film while Sanjay Sheri is the director.

The filming of Sound Party was completed recently and the post-production formalities are progressing at a brisk pace. The first poster of the project was unveiled by Telangana politician Kalvakuntla Kavitha. In the poster, VJ Sunny looks lapper while seated on a throne-styled chair, dressed in a white suit, sporting black shades, holding several Rs 2000 notes in his left hand.

Director Sanjay Sheri and VJ Sunny at the poster launch stated that the film has shaped up well beyond their expectations and spoke of the encouraging responses they’ve received for the title. Jayashankar, the presenter, credited the producers for trusting the story and making the project on a lavish scale. The producer informed that the release date of Sound Party would be confirmed soon.

“I am happy to be launching the film’s poster. The title suggests that the film will have a wacky concept and I wish best for the cast, crew and hope it’ll do well in theatres,” Kalvakuntla Kavitha wished the team. Ali, Saptagiri, Prudhviraj, Mirchi Priya, Manik Reddy, Ashok Kumar, Kadambari Kiran, Gemini Suresh, Bhuvan Saluri, 'I Dream' Anjali, Prem Sagar, RJ Hemanth, Shashank Mouli, Trinadh, Krishna Teja form the supporting cast of Sound Party.

Srinivas Reddy is the cinematographer for the film while Mohit (Rahmaniac) and Purna Chary are the music directors. G Avinash is the editor and Bhuvan Saluru is the executive producer. VJ Sunny recently also made his OTT debut with ATM, backed by Dil Raju, now streaming on ZEE5.
