The film aims to enthral viewers with its endearing story and intriguing storytelling style. The makers claim that its feel-good story revolves around the marriage of two middle-aged people who fall in love and the social stigma they encounter as a result.

Anand's character captures the spirit of the common person reaching great heights by expressing happiness at being recognised as a hero, in the 50-second clip. Deviating from conventional norms, Vishesham presents a story that honours the common person as a hero in and of themselves, challenging stereotypes connected to the male hero archetype.
A glimpse into the lives of Shiju and his wife Sajitha, as well as their search for a miracle, is provided by the teaser. Set in Kochi, the humorous film also tells the story of the stigma associated with not having a child as well as fertility treatments in today's world.

The female lead is played by Chinnu Chandni.
