Virupaksha box office: The Sai Tej, Samyuktha Menon starrer enters profit zone, details inside

Virupaksha is one of the most awaited films in Sai Dharam Tej's career as he is making a comeback after his scary bike accident. Also, as some of his last few films did not do well at the box office, Virupaksha had to click at any cost. Well, the film directed by Karthik Varama was released with a good hype on the 21st of this month and opened quite well at the box office.

Well, the latest trade update is that Virupaksha has made 17 crores share in Telugu states in its first weekend. These are impressive numbers for the range of Sai Dharam Tej. The theatrical value is at 19 crores and Virupaksha will enter the profit zone today as the occupancy is quite good on the weekday as well.

In the US too, the film has crossed the $750K mark and will touch the one million mark soon making Sai Dharam Tej's biggest hit to date. The glowing reviews and positive word of mouth have ensured that the film sees solid occupancy at the box office. Also, the Eid weekend and lack of other big Telugu films have helped the film to open big.

Karthika Varma Dandu has directed this film and he narrated Virupaksha in a way that the audience enjoyed the thrills and suspense in a big way. The BGM by Ajaneesh Loknath is also one of the biggest assets of the film. Samyuktha Menon played the female lead and her role is one of the biggest surprises and has become a rage with the audience.
