Former Indian team captain Virat Kohli excited Pushpa and cricket fans all over after he enacted Allu Arjun's trademark move for the film on the field. 

Kohli and the team were playing against Sri Lanka in Mohali and won by an innings and 222 runs.

The move is from a sequence in Pushpa where Allu says, "Yevva thaggede le" and swipes the back of his hand under his chin.

Pushpa: The Rise, written and directed by Sukumar, was an instant hit upon its release and went on to become one of the highest-grossing films of 2021. The film followed a coolie in a crime syndicate smuggling precious red sandalwood across state borders.
