Vikrant Rona: Here’s how fans can get a chance to attend the trailer launch of Kiccha Sudeep’s film

Vikrant Rona definitely figures among the list of highly awaited releases of the year, and so it was more than a little disheartening for fans when they came to know that the film would be postponing its release yet again.

The film was earlier slated for release on February 24, but the makers had to delay the same due to concerns regarding the intensifying COVID-19 pandemic situation in the country, joining a long list of other titles that have postponed their releases too. But the makers seem to have now come up with something to stoke fans’ excitement, perhaps to make up for bad news of the film’s delayed release.

The makers of the upcoming fantasy action film have recently announced a competition for moviegoers who can stand a chance to win a seat at the film’s grand trailer launch event. The makers have set up Vikrant Rona-themed photo booths outside select theatres where audiences can click pictures with hues of Rona’s awe-inspiring fantasy world. Fans can then post the photographs on social media, tagging the makers on the same, with a few lucky ones getting the chance to personally attend the trailer launch event of the film. The photo booth has currently been set up at PVR, Oberoi Mall in Mumbai with more theatre locations to follow.

The upcoming film will feature Kiccha Sudeep as the titular protagonist, with Jacqueline Fernandez, Nirup Bhandari, and Neetha Ashok essaying pivotal roles. The film, touted to be a fantasy adventure mounted on a massive scale, is directed by Anup Bhandari and produced by Jack and Shalini Manjunath, under the banner of Shalini Arts, along with Alankar Pandian of Invenio Films.
