Family Star is one of the most awaited films in Telugu cinema as it has the magical combination of Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur in the lead roles. The family drama is all set to hit the screens on April 5, 2024, and the pre-release business of the film has also been locked.

On the other hand, we have come to know that the pre-release business of Family Star has been locked at Rs 45 crore and Family Star needs at least Rs 37 crore to be in the safe zone. The family drama has been made on a budget of Rs 40 crore and Amazon Prime has paid a big amount to bag the OTT rights of the film.
Parasuram Petla directed this film, which was produced by Dil Raju. He is going all out with the promotions and has put a massive amount than the actual market of Vijay Deverakonda. So, that is also one of the reasons that Family Star needs to click at the box office at any cost.
Madhuramu Kadha from Family Star is a soothing melody
The makers have speeded up the promotions and today, the third song from the film, Madhuramu Kadha was released. Sung by Shreya Ghoshal, the song is a classical melody with a soothing tune composed by Gopi Sundar. Mrunal Thakur's chemistry with Vijay looks stunning in all the songs and the family drama is expected to attract all sections of the audience, this summer season.
There is a decent buzz and the last time Vijay Deverakonda and Parasuram teamed up was for Geetha Govindam, which is Vijay's biggest hit to date. So, there is a lot of pressure on this duo to deliver. Vasuki, Rohini Hattangidi, and several other popular Telugu actors play key roles in this film which is co-produced by Shirish.
