Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s trailer of 12th Fail to be dropped on THIS date? Here’s what we know!

About a month ago, film maker Vidhu Vinod Chopra dropped the teaser of his film ‘12th Fail’. Little did he know that, the trailer of his film will actually not just strike the right chord with the audiences, abut also inspire them to be a part of the ‘restart’ movement. The film’s hero is Vikrant Massey. This film also marks the first-time collaboration of the prolific film maker Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Vikrant Massey.

After the impactful teaser, all the eyes are now trained on the film’s trailer. As per a report in Bollywood Hungama, the film’s makers are now gearing up to release the film’s trailer on October 3. For the unversed, the film ‘12th Fail’ is an on-screen adaptation of the best-selling book ‘Twelfth Fail: Hara Vahi Jo Lada Nahi’. The author of this best seller is Anurag Pathak. Just like the book, the film too, will be delving into the lives of Manoj Kumar Sharma and Shraddha Joshi, who happen to be top rung PS officers.

Speaking about the film, in an earlier interaction with the media, Vidhu Vinod Chopra had stated that, if an honest person was in a position of power, then, the world can truly change. He added that, he had seen many IAS and IPS officers and that he had come across in the process of writing this film. He added that, his film ‘12th Fail’ was a tribute to all of them. He also said that, if his film could inspire even 10 more officers to strive for honesty, 10 more students would be striving for excellence. As per the film’s teaser, the film has been scheduled to be released on October 27, 2023. The film has been jointly produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Zee Studios.

The film ‘12th Fail’ will be released all over in Hindi. Besides that, the film will also be released on Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam languages.
