The makers of Vidaa Muyarchi have finally treated the cine-goers with a major update on the Ajith Kumar-starrer. Along with the update, the team also dropped a few location stills on social media.

Vidaa Muyarchi, the 62nd outing of popular star Ajith Kumar in Tamil cinema, started rolling by the second half of 2023. The movie, which marks Ajith’s first collaboration with the talented filmmaker Magizh Thirumeni, is touted to be an action-packed entertainer. Recently, it was reported that the Vidaa Muyarchi team had to wrap up the Azerbaijan schedule of the film abruptly, due to unfavourable weather conditions.
Now, the makers of the project, Lyca Productions have officially confirmed that they have indeed wrapped up the Azerbaijan schedule, with a social media post. The post has brought cheer to the Ajith fans and netizens, who have been trolling the makers for not giving out any updates.

Recently, the production banner, Lyca Productions took to their official social media handles and dropped a few location stills of leading man Ajith Kumar, along with a special post. “Done with the AZERBAIJAN schedule! The VIDAA MUYARCHI team has wrapped up & is gearing up for a new adventure at a new location,” reads the banner’s X (formerly Twitter) post.
Suresh Chandra, the manager of Ajith Kumar also confirmed the reports, by dropping some stills from the Azerbaijan location of Vidaa Muyarchi. “The schedule of Azerbaijan wrapped up. The team heading to a new location in few days” reads his post. As always, Ajith looks handsome in the location stills in a long black winter coat. He is seen flaunting a million-dollar smile, and his signature grey hair and beard, in another picture.
Vidaa Muyarchi – Details of next schedule
As reported earlier, the sources close to the Ajith Kumar-starrer suggest that the cast and crew members will soon travel to Istanbul, for the next schedule of the film. The grapevine suggests that the team is planning a long schedule in Istanbul, after which they will return to Chennai for the climax shoot. A massive set is about to get erected at a famous film city in Chennai, for the same.
For the uninitiated, Trisha Krishnan is playing the female lead opposite Ajith Kumar, in Vidaa Muyarchi. The movie also features senior actor Arjun Sarja, Regina Cassandra, and Arav, in the other pivotal roles. Anirudh Ravichander composes the songs and original score. Nirav Shah is the director of photography. The action thriller is set to hit the big screens by the second half of 2024.
