Vicky Kaushal joins Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt and many others in praising Vikrant Massey's 12th Fail; here's what she said!

Ever since the time Vikrant Massey's 12th Fail has been released, it has been making news for all the right reasons. To start with, Vikrant Massey's performance in the film has been hailed by one and all, in addition to the flawless direction by Vidhu Vinod Chopra. Not just the cinegoers, there are many celebs who have been singing praises about the film. The latest one to speak highly about the film is none other than Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal.

Vicky Kaushal pours his heart out about 12th Fail

Vicky Kaushal, today, took to social media and posted an extremely endearing photograph of Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Vikrant Massey. He took to the captions and wrote, "Speechless! Bohat roya par dil khush ho gya. (Even though I cried a lot, my heart was happy). The best film, the best performance and the best story of the year. What a cinematic triumph! @vidhuvinodchoprafilms I tip my hat off to you Sir".

Vicky, then, went on to write words of praise for Vikrant Massey. The ‘Masaan’ actor, after tagging Vikrant Massey, wrote, “Jald hi milkar gale lagna hai (Will meet you soon to give you a hug) Such an inspiring performance." He also praised the film’s leading lady Medha Shankr by saying that she was ‘absolutely brilliant’ (in the film). Not the one to stop at that, Vicky, then, went on to hail and applaud the technicians and the entire ensemble cast of the film by offering his salute to them.

As for the film, besides Vikrant Massey and Medha Shankr, the film also starred Anant V Joshi and Anshumaan Pushkar in important roles. Besides all of them, the film also saw the very famous Vikas Divyakirti, who happens to be an author, lecturer, YouTuber, motivational speaker and also the founder of one of the most prestigious coaching classes for civil services exams.

The film, based on the real life IPS officer Manoj Kumar Sharma's life story from Anurag Pathak's bestselling book by the same title. For the unversed, IPS officer Manoj Kumar Sharma and his wife were seen in one of the scenes in the film ‘12th Fail’.
