The makers of Vettaiyan are gearing up for the release of the film on October 10. With only a couple of months away from the film, the cast members have begun their dubbing works for the film. The latest to do is none other than Rajinikanth himself.
Vettaiyan is written and directed by TJ Gnanavel who earlier made the critically acclaimed film Jai Bhim starring Suriya. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on October 10. Now, ahead of the film’s release, the makers have been keep updating about the post-production works with dubbing underway. After the primary cast members have finished dubbing for their portions, the latest is Rajinikanth who has begun dubbing for the portions.
The Vettaiyan team released a video of Rajinikanth arriving to the dubbing studio and working on his portions. At one point, the actor is also seen getting marveled at how the film has turned up, while also dubbing his lives.
The Rajinikanth-starrer will release in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada. Actors Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Manju Warrier, Rana Daggubati, Dushara Vijayan, Ritika Singh and others, are part of the film. Anirudh Ravichander is scoring the music, with Lyca Productions backing the film. The technical crew includes cinematographer SR Kathir I.S.C, and editor Philomin Raj.
It is to be noted that way before Vettaiyan announced its release date as October 10, the Suriya-starrer film Kanguva had locked its date. However, now there have been a strong buzz that the makers of Kanguva will be changing their release to a further date.
Kanguva is directed by Siruthai Siva, and also stars Disha Patani, Bobby Deol, and others. The film is backed by Studio Green and has music by Devi Sri Prasad. The makers are reportedly planning to push the release of the film to October 31, 2024.
