Vettah

Both reviewers and viewers applauded this suspense thriller. In the film, two police officers deal with a criminal who confesses to the crime but refuses to say anything, commencing mind games. This movie was successful because it had an interesting subject and amazing scenes that kept you glued to your seat.

Ore Mukham

The movie is told in a manner that is not linear. One time frame, which takes place in the 1980s, describes the main characters' time in college. The other, which takes place in the present, details the investigation into a string of killings that the main characters were involved in. Even though Ore Mukham does not have the best performances or box office results, it is still a good suspenseful thriller.

The Great Father

In the film, Mammootty plays a businessman who, after confronting an obnoxious child abuser, is trying to be a good father to his daughter. Though the plot of The Great Father was predictable, viewers were impressed by the unexpected villain. It is worth watching once.

Anjaam Pathiraa

The bar for a Malayalam crime thriller was raised by Anjaam Pathiraa in a brilliant manner. The film's captivating narrative and surprising conclusion captivated the audience. The film's quality is enhanced by a well-written script and nuanced performances. The film revolves around the investigation of serial killings that target police officers.

Villain

A senior IPS officer named ADGP Mathew Manjooran is the story's main character. He takes leave and then returns to work on a last case that involves a number of connected murders. Mohanlal's depiction of a person who can hide their suffering after going through a personal tragedy was well received by the audience. The movie's creators have tried to incorporate poignant elements in addition to uncovering the truth behind a series of murders.
