Randeep Hooda shares the new Swatantrya Veer Savarkar promo!

Randeep Hooda took to his Instagram handle and shared the new promo for Swatantrya Veer Savarkar. It features him explaining what turned Vinayak Savarkar 'Veer'. Recently, Randeep Hooda was honoured by Swatantrya Veer Savarkar Purushkar. At the ceremony, the actor said, "I am thankful to every person who is a part of this event and to Swatantrya Veer Savarkar Smarak for considering me worthy of this award. While researching for the film about his life, I realised that one story, one contribution, one sacrifice, and one life dedicated to a single motive had not reached millions of Indians."

Swatantrya Veer Savarkar was released in cinemas clashing with Kunal Kemmu's directorial Madgaon Express. Even though the film did not do wonders at the ticket window, Randeep revealed that he was able to recover his investment in the film. He told Bollywood Bubble that they have made it back a little more than invested. "I now joke with my dad asking him to buy more properties so that I could sell them for my next film. Agli picture mein kaam ayega," he added.
