John Abraham and Sharvari's film Vedaa is nearing its release date. The film, which is directed by Nikkhil Advani will hit the theatres on Independence Day, August 15. As per a statement, the film "promises a jaw-dropping story filled with heart-pounding stunts and high-octane action."
Sharvari shares a special message for John Abraham
Today, on the occasion of Guru Poornima, Sharvari aka Vedaa took to her social media and shared a heartfelt message for her guru John Abraham aka Abhimanyu sir. She shared a picture in which she is seen wearing bloody clothes while John is seen offering her a glass of water.
In the caption, the Munjya actor wrote in Hindi, "Abhimanyu Sir, you are the only person in this world who has never made me feel different. You are my Guru who supported me, taught me to fight, made me a fighter by teaching me the rules and regulations of the world, right and wrong. Do not tolerate others, but show the way to fight against others. You teach me, and teach Vedas like I do! Today, on the day of Guru Purnima, I have promised myself that I will fight and win this war against others till the end. Your student, Vedaa"

Earlier, director Nikkhil Advani said in a statement, "Vedaa is not just a film. It's inspired by real events and is a reflection of our society and pushes the boundaries of reality.”
The film marks a reunion between Nikkhil Advani and John Abraham after their earlier movies like Batla House and Salaam-e-Ishq. The film is written by Aseem Arora and also stars Tamannaah Bhatia and Abhishek Banerjee, in important roles. It is produced by John, Monisha Advani and Madhu Bhojwani under their Zee Studios, Emmay Entertainment, and JA Entertainment banners.
Vedaa is set to release in theatres on Independence Day, August 15, 2024.
