Varun Tej-Lavanya Tripathi engagement: Ram Charan and Upasana wish the couple in style

Mega hero, Varun Tej married his longtime girlfriend Lavanya Tripathi in a low key ceremony at the groom's residence in Hyderabad yesterday. Only a select few from the mega family attended the engagement party and one of them was star hero Ram Charan who is Varun Tej's first cousin.

Ram Charan had a busy day yesterday as his close friend and actor Sharwanand hosted a massive bash for the industry in Hyderabad. Ram Charan along with his pregnant wife first left for Sharwa's reception, wished the couple, posed for the media and then left for Varun Tej's engagement.

Once the two events were over, Ram Charan took to his Instagram and wished the couple. "Varun & Lavanya , love you guys. Heartiest congratulations." he posted. Whereas Upasana also wished the couple in her own stylish manner by calling her Todi Kodalu. "Looking forward to celebrating my dearest thodi kodalu. Varun Tej has been dating Lavanya from the day he met her on the sets of Sreenu Vaitla's Mister. Lavanya is from Dehradun and has a very educated background whereas Varun is from an illustrious mega family and is one of the most bankable actors in Telugu cinema. He will next be seen in a film titled Gandeevadhari Arjuna which is being directed by Praveen Sattaru.
