Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi are now married, pics go viral

After being in a relationship for almost seven years, Tollywood actors, Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi are now officially married. The couple tied the knot in a traditional ceremony in Tuscany, Italy at 7.48 PM Indian time. 

The immediate family of the couple attended the wedding and blessed the newlyweds. A lovely picture of the couple seeking blessings has now gone viral on social media. Varun chose a white Manish Malhotra-designed sherwani while Lavanya was dressed in a red lehenga and looked adorable. The duo will have a grand reception later this evening. 

As the wedding was held adhering to traditional customs, the couple have chosen a fancy European-style reception. The entire 'Mega' clan has been in Italy for the last few days and had a great time at the various rituals that were organised as part of the gala wedding.

A grand reception will also be held in Hyderabad on the 5th of November 2023.

Varun met Lavanya on the sets of the Telugu film Mister and has been dating her since then. No one in the industry even knew that they were seeing each other. It is only in the last few years that news came out in the open, that the couple will get hitched soon.

Varun and Lavanya have taken a small break from their shoots and will join their respective films only in December. As of now, the news is that they will stay back in Italy for their honeymoon.  

On the acting front, Varun has just wrapped up his pan-India film, Operation Valentine, while Lavanya is doing a web series for Disney+ Hotstar.
