Varshangalkku Shesham – Dhyan drops major updates on Pranav Mohanlal-Vineeth Sreenivasan’s film

Varshangalkku Shesham, the much-awaited project that marks the second collaboration of Vineeth Sreenivasan and Pranav Mohanlal after Hridayam, is set to hit the big screens in April 2024. The eagerly-awaited film, which is touted to be a comedy-drama, features Dhyan Sreenivasan in a pivotal role. From the first look poster, it is evident that Varshangalkku Shesham is set in a different time period, in the backdrop of Chennai city.

In a recent interview with Kaumudy Movies, Dhyan Sreenivasan dropped some major updates on the highly anticipated Pranav Mohanlal starrer. Interestingly, Dhyan also opened up about the star kid’s process of learning the script and getting into character.

Pranav Mohanlal and Dhyan Sreenivasan to appear in multiple looks

Dhyan Sreenivasan, who recently spoke to Kaumudy Movies, revealed that both he and Pranav Mohanlal are set to appear in 3 to 4 looks in Varshangalkku Shesham. Interestingly, both actors are set to portray teenagers and sport clean-shaven looks for the same. Dhyan also revealed that his elder brother and director of the film, Vineeth Sreenivasan, insisted that he should shed some extra kilos for the perfection of the look. He also confirmed that Varshangalkku Shesham indeed revolves around the film industry.

Pranav's script-learning process

The actor-director also revealed that his co-star Pranav Mohanlal cannot read or write Malayalam in his chat with Kaumudy Movies. Dhyan Sreenivasan, who heaped praise on Pranav’s process of getting into a character, also added that the Hridayam actor learned the entire script, including the dialogues of his co-stars, by writing it down in English. However, the actor-director admitted that he was more into last-minute preparations, unlike his co-star Pranav.

As reported earlier, Kalyani Priyadarshan is appearing as the female lead opposite Pranav Mohanlal in the movie. Popular actor Nivin Pauly is making an extended cameo appearance.  Basil Joseph, Aju Varghese, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Neeraj Madhav, Neeta Pillai, Arjun Lal, Nikhil Nair, Shaan Rahman, and others in the supporting roles. Newcomer Amrit Ramnath has composed the music score. Varshangalkku Shesham is bankrolled by Visakh Subramaniam under the banner of Merryland Cinemas.
