Varisu on OTT: Here's where you can watch the Kannada version of the Thalapathy Vijay starrer

Tamil superstar Vijay enthralled the audiences with his Sankranthi family entertainer Varisu and scored yet another hit at the box office. With Rashmika Mandanna, Shaam, R. Sarathkumar, Jayasudha and others by his side, Vijay proved that he still is very much the reigning king of the box office and even the stiff competition offered by other Sankranthi could not stop him in his pursuits. 

And for those who would love a repeated viewing of Varisu, the film is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video in four different languages including the Kannada dubbed version, titled Vaarasdara.

Co-written and Directed by Vamsi Paidipally, Varisu earned over Rs. 177 crores (net) during its theatrical run which included the original Tamil version along with dubbed Hindi and Telugu versions (the latter titled Vaarasudu). The Tamil version alone earned close to Rs. 150 crores and although one expected the Vijay starrer film to fare much better at the box office, the numbers can be still be considered credible. The Telugu version of Varisu earned more than Rs. 20 crores.

Varisu also did really well in Karnataka and opened on January 12th on a superb note by collecting Rs. 5.6 crores. Though there was a dip in the box office performance soon after, it has managed to collect close to Rs. 15 crores so far.
