The much-awaited first-look poster of Vijay's Thalapathy66 was released today. The title was revealed as Varisu and the poster features the actor in a suave avatar. Varisu is directed by Vamshi Paidipally and has Rashmika Mandanna playing the leading lady. Taking to his social media page, Vamshi shared the titled and the first look. He wrote on his social media page, "From our hearts to you... here’s presenting the first look of our #Varisu #VarisuFirstLook #VarisuForPongal Thalapathy @actorvijay Sir, @SVC_official @iamRashmika @MusicThaman @Cinemainmygenes @KarthikPalanidp (sic)." The film is all set to hit screens for Pongal, 2023.
Soon after the first-look poster was released, social media has been buzzing with reactions. Celebrities have not only been sharing the posters, but have also been wishing Vijay on his birthday, which falls tomorrow on June 22.
