Vanangaan: First look of Bala's much-hyped movie with Arun Vijay to be unveiled on THIS date

Cinephiles were excited when Suriya announced that he was joining hands with Bala after a long time. The actor's 2D Entertainment took up the project's production and the shooting began last year in Kanyakumari. The film was later titled Vanangaan and Krithi Shetty was roped in to play the female lead.

GV Prakash was brought on board to compose music for the movie which was titled Achaludu in Telugu. Its first look was revealed more than a year ago, but the unexpected happened later, leaving everyone shocked. The project was stalled, thanks to the differences in opinion among the makers.

Suriya and Bala issued a release later informing everyone about parting ways, leaving everyone intrigued. Arun Vijay then came on board to play the protagonist in the movie. Roshni Prakash has been roped in to play the female lead. GV Prakash has been retained as the composer, though.

Suresh Kamatchi is the current producer now; Sathish Suriya has handled editing for the film. Mysskin and Samuthirakani are also part of the movie. The makers have now announced that its first look will be out at 10 am on September 25.

Vanangaan to be Arun Vijay's first outing this year?

Arun Vijay is yet to have a release this year; the actor was last seen in Sinam which hit the screens a year ago. His much-delayed Borrder was supposed to be released this year, but got postponed again. Achcham Enbathu Illaiyae and Agni Siragugal are his other upcoming movies.
