Vadhuvu is a dark family drama with unique twists, says Poluri Krishna

Vadhuvu is Disney+ Hotstar's latest series that will be released on December 8, 2023. The trailers have caught the attention of many and the team is confident about their success. Writer-turned-director Poluri Krishna has helmed this show and he is quite confident that Vadhuvu will strike a chord with family audience as well.

Speaking in an interview, Krishna says that Vahduvu is a family drama that keeps some very dark secrets and shows how they cause issues in the life of a young bride who is newly married. The setting is unique and the backdrop creates an intense atmosphere for the audience, says the director.

Avika Gor plays the female lead in the show and Krishna says that the young actress has done a solid job in her role and will impress one and all with her emotional performance.

Ali Reza and Nandu play key roles in this series and Krishna says that the supporting cast has a purpose in the show and each character brings a small twist to the series.

SVF Social is the production house behind this film, whereas Abhishek Daga is the producer. Sriram Maddury has composed the music for this series, which has seven episodes in total and each of them is under thirty minutes. Watch this space for more updates on this project.
