Vaazha: Biopic of a Billion Boys, the most recent Malayalam movie, released on digital platforms recently. The coming-of-age comedy-drama began streaming on Disney+ Hotstar starting on September 23 in multiple languages, apart from Malayalam. Anand Menon is the director of this movie, while Vipin Das, who also directed Guruvayoorambala Nadayil, wrote the screenplay. Viewers have given the movie nothing but rave reviews since its theatrical debut on August 15.

Mixed reactions for Vaazha

Social media users' opinions of the coming-of-age dramedy are divided, with the majority of them applauding the movie for having relevant elements, particularly for men. Numerous people noted that the film's situational humor works effectively, and both the younger and more veteran cast members of Vaazha give credible performances. The majority of viewers applauded the father-son scenes in the film, asserting that most of them had experienced something similar at least once in their lives.

On social media, several people have also expressed their dissatisfaction with the movie's plot. Some have also noted that given how well the other actors perform, the attention paid to social media influencer Hashir in this movie was unnecessary.

Nonetheless, a few internet users criticized the unfavorable remarks that have been made about Vaazha on social media, saying that the film should be commended for its simple plot and that such negative criticism is unnecessary.

Their parents and other acquaintances frequently refer to them as losers and troublemakers. The main cast of Vaazha consists of Jagadish, Basil Joseph, Hashir, Saafboi, Amith, Anuraj O B, Anu, Mohan Rajeswari, and Joemon Jyothir. The makers of the movie also recently revealed that a sequel is planned in response to the positive reviews the movie received after its theatrical debut. The sequel's works are in progress, according to sources.
