One of the biggest highlights of 2024 has been how Urvashi Rautela took the cringe part of Indian pop culture and became the biggest meme sensation in the country. Her role in Daaku Maharaj and her dance number Dabidi Dibidi were the talk of the town for over a month, and the film’s box office collection became a widely discussed topic among those familiar with the context.
Turns out, Urvashi has once again found her way into the headlines with another dance number—this time in a movie led by Sunny Deol. This morning, the actor released her song Touch Kiya from the movie, once again becoming a trending topic. However, this time, netizens are accusing the song of plagiarizing the iconic track Tip Tip Barsa Pani from Mohra.
You read that right. Touch Kiya from Jaat, featuring Urvashi Rautela, is composed by Thamanfeaturing Urvashi Rautela, is composed by Thaman S and penned by Kumaar. The dance number is sung by Madhubanti Bagchi and Shahid Mallya. The song was released this morning, and the actor’s fans were quite impressed. However, soon, some eagle-eyed netizens noticed that the song’s hook tune closely resembles the iconic Mohra track Tip Tip Barsa Pani, which originally featured Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon.
The original song, composed by Viju Shah and written by the legendary Anand Bakshi, was a massive hit. It was previously remixed in the film Sooryavanshi, once again featuring Akshay Kumar. But in Touch Kiya, fans noticed that the hook has been used without giving credit to the original, sparking a heated debate online.

The Jaat trailer portrays Randeep Hooda as an evil figure akin to Raavana, who has kept the entire village under his control. "No one can enter this Lanka," his character declares. "Bhagwan bhi iss Lanka me aane se darta hai." Following this, Sunny Deol appears as Jaat, ready to take charge.
Jaat boasts a stellar cast, including Sunny Deol, Randeep Hooda, Vineet Kumar Singh, and others in pivotal roles. The film is being produced by leading production houses Mythri Movie Makers and People Media Factory. The film’s music is composed by the sensational Thaman S, with Rishi Punjabi handling cinematography, Navin Nooli overseeing editing, and Avinash Kolla in charge of production design.
Meanwhile, Jaat is set to hit theaters on April 10, 2025.
