Unstoppable with NBK: DSP gives a major leak about Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2

Pushpa 2 is one of the most awaited films in Indian cinema and is set to hit the screens on December 5, 2024. Allu Arjun, who plays the lead role, recently appeared on the Aha show Unstoppable with NBK Season 4 to promote the film. Both episodes featuring Allu Arjun are now streaming on Aha.

DSP about Pushpa 2 songs

In the second episode, Allu Arjun opened up about his personal life and even brought his children, Ayaan and Arha, to the show. He also discussed Pushpa 2 extensively and confidently stated that the film would gross over ₹1,000 crore at the box office.

However, the highlight of the show came when Balakrishna did the unexpected by asking Allu Arjun to call music director DSP (Devi Sri Prasad) and get him to reveal some details about the film. DSP, not one to shy away, teased that the makers have kept a crazy dance number featuring Allu Arjun under wraps and plan to release it in the coming days. This led to a humorous moment when Allu Arjun rushed to snatch the phone from Balakrishna, asking DSP not to leak any more information about the film.

Interestingly, not many know that Allu Arjun has filmed an electrifying mass dance number that comes at a crucial point in the film. The makers have not released any stills or teasers of this song and are planning to unveil it just days before the film's release.

DSP takes a dig at the makers of Pushpa 2

The film's Tamil pre-release event recently took place in Chennai, where Allu Arjun won hearts by speaking in Tamil and even dancing to the Pushpa 2 title song. Rashmika Mandanna stars as the female lead in this film, with DSP as the music director.

DSP also made headlines with his candid comments, playfully criticizing the makers for pressuring him to complete the music quickly. His remarks became the talk of the town, hinting at some creative disagreements, especially regarding the decision to have Thaman compose the BGM (background music) for a few scenes in the film.
