The second part of Kasturi revolves around a series of secrets and family drama along the sensuous plotline that blurs family relationships and moral ethics. It traces a family patriarch and his strict rules, forbidding his sons from pursuing marriage or relationships.

In a new trailer shared by Ullu, we get a glimpse of the intriguing story that follows the story about a bizarre family where the father has forbidden his grown-up sons from pursuing any relationship with women. When he gets very sick, a doctor advises them to hire a nurse to look after him. However, things take an unexpected turn when the eponymous nurse is revealed to be the lover of one of the brothers. The trailer also hints at the changing family dynamics between the brothers as the young brother Gulshan asks for a one-night stand with Kasturi to keep his brother’s secret (Jay). How far will Kasturi go for her lover?
