Tom Hiddleston’s The Night Manager renewed for 2 more seasons, can we expect Aditya Roy Kapur’s version announcement too?

The Night Manager, the original show, has been renewed for two more seasons. Tom Hiddleston will return as Jonathan Pine and the series will be out in the UK soon. BBC, which will be airing the show, confirmed the same by releasing a press release. It is to be noted that The Night Manager has also been adapted in India and features Aditya Roy Kapur, Anil Kapoor and Sobhita Dhulipala in the lead roles.

What we know about the Tom Hiddleston show

The Night Manager will air two more seasons in the UK. David Farr comes back as the writer on the show, with Georgi Banks-Davies taking the director’s chair. Six new episodes will be released from the show but the release date is not yet confirmed. Meanwhile, the makers have announced that the series will go on floors later this year. The show comes back after eight long years.

“The Night Manager will once again be written by series creator David Farr, with BAFTA winner Georgi Banks-Davies attached to direct all six episodes of series two. Stephen Garrett will return to lead the production of the series. Hugh Laurie will be an executive producer on the upcoming series,” the press statement read.

What it means for the Indian version

Since the story will extend in the original show, we are likely to get more seasons of The Night Manager in India too. The series is among the most loved in the country and streams on Disney+Hotstar. The show marked Aditya Roy Kapur’s debut on OTT and received love in an instant.

About The Night Manager India

The Indian version of the show released in two parts. The first season, both parts included, were out by mid-2023. The show was the first time that Aditya, Anil and Sobhita all worked together. The series gained limelight for Aditya’s chiselled look (apart from his skills), Anil Kapoor as a villain and Sobhita as the interesting character. The show also starred Tillotama Shome and her performance on the show was underrated.
