Titumir postponed: Jeetu Kamal shares the news on his birthday post

Jeetu Kamal turned a year older on Sunday. With the season’s first derby between East Bengal and Mohun Bagan and India-Pakistan Cricket match, the actor was in dilemma with his birthday plans. Meanwhile, he also shared that his next project Titumir has been postponed. The actor has also expressed his annoyance in his birthday post on social media. 

In his post, he explained why this birthday is different from the other years. “This year was a mixed bag with some good and some bad news. Some people came closer to me and some did not. I want to express my gratitude to everyone. I learnt from everyone I know,” the actor wrote. 

Jeetu further added that he tried to give his 200% in his work. For Aparajito, he worked hard and in return, the film gave him success, fame and a bit of grief. 

Jeetu has been working hard for Titumir for the last few months. But the film has suddenly been postponed. According to the actor, he got to know about it just seven days before the film. In his post, he wrote that he went through hardships for the character. He even wrote that he did not meet many people just not to bring his look in public. It caused misunderstandings even with people close to him. Now he feels his hard work is wasted. Since the film is not happening, he might celebrate his birthday with Biryani. Jeetu had declined many offers for the film Titumir which was to be directed by Debaditya Bandyopadhyay. 

However, very soon Jeetu will be seen in the new film produced by the actor Jeet. He has some other important projects also in his bag. Meanwhile, after completing 100 days in theatres, Aparajito is currently streaming on Zee5.
