Tillu Square is one of the most anticipated films in Telugu cinema, as it is the sequel to the blockbuster hit DJ Tillu. Siddhu Jonnalagadda, who became an overnight sensation with DJ Tillu, is also playing the main lead in this comedy caper. Anupama Parameswaran replaces Neha Sshetty as the female lead in Tillu Square, which is all set to be released in theatres on March 29, 2024.

For the past few days, there has been news doing the rounds that the film has been postponed as the post-production related to the BGM is yet to be wrapped up. But today, the makers confirmed the release date once again, as Tillu Square has received its censor certificate. It has got a U/A certificate.
Seeing the romantic scenes released in the trailer, one expected an A certificate for the film. So it comes as a surprise that the censor board has given Tillu Square a U/A certificate. With this, all the last-minute formalities of Tillu Square have been wrapped up and the film will be released on time.

Tillu Square made headlines when Thaman, who was supposed to compose the BGM, was replaced at the last minute. In his place, Bheems Cecerolio has been roped in and the makers are quite happy with his BGM for the crime comedy.
Mallik Ram has directed this film and he says that Tillu Square will live up to all the hype created by the first part. Anupama Parameswaran's new hot avatar for the film has become a talking point. Her bold scenes and twists in the character she plays will be one of the highlights of the film.
Ram Miryala has composed the music and the songs released so far have become decent hits. Naga Vamsi and Trivirkam Srinivas have produced this film on a decent budget. Most of the post-theatrical rights have already been sold ut by the makers. Watch this space for more updates.
