Tillu Square box office collection day 16 - Tillu Square has ended as a massive hit at the box office. The Siddhu Jonnalagadda-starrer was released on March 29, 2204, with massive expectations and lived up to all the hype. From the day of its release, the comedy caper has been going steady. With Vijay Deverakonda's Family Star failing at the box office, the occupancy grew for Tillu Square big time.

Tillu Square latest box office collections

The film has completed 16 days of its run and will cross the Rs 120 crore gross as we report this. These numbers are something unheard of for the market of Siddhu Jonnalagadda's range. All the parties involved with the film have seen handsome profits.

In one of his interviews, Siddhu stated that though it was a big dream, he wanted to headline a Rs 100 crore film, and his dream came true in no time. Naga Vamsi has produced Tillu Square, the sequel to DJ Tillu. Anupama Parameswaran played a very modern and bold role in this film, which is one of the biggest highlights of the film.

Tillu Square had its fair share of problems before its release. Sreeleela was the female lead, and she walked away from the film, and then Anupama came in. Later, Thaman, who was supposed to compose the background score, also left the film due to his busy schedule. But still, the makers went ahead and wrapped up the film, and the result is there for us to see.

Tillu Square OTT rights details

Netflix has grabbed the OTT rights to the film for a whopping Rs 35 crore, which is the highest ever in Siddhu Jonnalagadda's career. Will Tillu Square, Siddhu Jonnalagadda has become a superstar and has hiked his fee considerably. He will next be seen in a film titled Telusu Kada, which is being directed by Neeraja Kona.

Mallik Ram directed the sequel, which also featured Neha Sshetty in a small cameo. A few days ago, the makers also announced Tillu Cube and the fans are excited to see what Siddhu has in store for us in the third part. Watch this space for more updates on this project.
