Tiger Zinda Hai starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif was released on December 22, 2017. The second installment of the beloved Tiger franchise completed 7 years of its release today. To mark the occasion, Katrina Kaif and director Ali Abbas Zafar shared special posts on their social media accounts to celebrate the milestone.
Today, on December 22, Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif took to her Instagram stories and shared the special post which was shared by the production banner, YRF. Katrina shared the video with the Swag Se Swagat song in the background.
The video was shared by the production house that has several iconic moments from Salman Khan's starrer In the caption, they wrote: "Unleashing fire, and roaring louder than ever! Here’s to #7YearsOfTigerZindaHai." The video also concluded with the text stating, "Celebrating 7 years of Tiger Zinda Hai."

Director Ali Abbas Zafar also shared a special post on his social media handle with iconic scenes from the film. He wrote: "7years to #Tigerzindahai what a lovely experience @beingsalmankhan @katrinakaif @yrf and team Tiger and above all thank you all of you for giving it so much love"
Along with Salman and Katrina, the film also featured Angad Bedi, Paresh Rawal, Sajjad Delafrooz, Kumud Mishra, and more in pivotal roles. Tiger Zinda Hai (2017) was directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films. Salman and Katrina reprised their roles as spy agents Tiger and Zoya. The action-thriller grossed over ₹565 crore worldwide, becoming a massive box-office success. The film won several awards and paved the way for the biggest spy universe.
For the uninitiated, the Tiger franchise consists of Ek Tha Tiger (2012), Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), and Tiger 3 (2023).
