Tiger 3 advance booking: Salman Khan’s film opens to great response, expected to earn Rs 40 crores on day 1

Tiger 3’s advance booking has commenced. The Salman Khan-Katrina Kaif-Emraan Hashmi starrer has opened to a great response. Trade analyst Komal Nahta has confirmed the same through his recent tweet. Komal took to Twitter to share a still from the movie and speak about the advance Box Office bookings for the Maneesh Sharma directorial, which is the next in the YRF Spy Universe.

Komal shared in his tweet, “#Tiger3 advance bookings open to a fantastic response. #Salmania has gripped the nation with tickets selling at a fast pace organically in national chains & single-screen cinemas. #SalmanKhan continues to create unprecedented euphoria. #TIGERISBACK”

Will open at Rs. 40 crores?

Another tweet by Sumit Kadel suggests that the movie could open to Rs. 40 crores. “#SalmanKhan with correct content is a BOX OFFICE MONSTER. #Tiger3 Advance sale indicates opening of ₹ 40 cr + nett & may go above it on Day – 1. This figure is INSANE considering Diwali Laxmi Puja day. From Monday there will be MAARA MAARI at ticket counters east west north south.. Mid Night shows would be added across India to cater the huge advance,” he shared.

Tiger 3 to beat Jawan?

According to early buzz, Tiger 3 could potentially be the film that beats Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan Box Office collections. Of course, there would be more clarity on that once the film releases in theatres. If it gets a great response, chances are that Tiger 3 will be among the top grossing films of the year, if not the highest.

Next in YRF Spy Universe

The first film from the YRF Spy Universe which released this year was Shah Rukh Khan-Deepika Padukone-John Abraham starring Pathaan, which was helmed by War director Siddharth Anand. Pathaan broke all records and truly marked Shah Rukh Khan’s comeback into movies. With Tiger 3, ‘Pathaan’ Shah Rukh Khan will be making a cameo. His role is kept under the wraps but one can surely expect a Pathaan-type reunion of the Box Office Kings.

Tiger is being helmed by Maneesh Sharma, who marks his debut in the Universe with the movie. The previous installments aka Ek Tha Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai were helmed by Kabir Khan and Ali Abbas Zafar respectively. Ali was expected to come back for the third installment but owing to his other commitments, YRF went ahead with Maneesh. The movie also introduces Emraan Hashmi as an antagonist and will be a Diwali release.
