Thunivu Second Single: Ajith's Kasethan Kadavulada is a peppy number about money

The much-awaited second single Kasethan Kadavulada from Ajith's Thunivu was released today. The song Kasethan Kadavulada has lyrics by Vaisagh and is sung by Vaisagh, Ghibran and the film's leading lady, Manju Warrier. The lyric video gives a glimpse of the recording of the song and also Ajith looking all dapper and celebrating money in his own style. The song talks about money and the repercussions about being greedy about it.

The film's producer Boney Kapoor, too, had shared on his social media page yesterday, "Money Money Money !! Its all about the Money #KasethanKadavulada out tomorrow/out today at 2 pm Stay Tuned #ThunivuSecondSingle (sic)."

The first single Chilla Chilla has already become a chartbuster and Ajith was shaking a leg to the kuthu number. Thunivu marks Ajith's third collaboration with H Vinoth and Boney Kapoor, after Nerkonda Paarvai and Valimai. Speculations are rife that the plot revolves around a bank robbery, however, the film's director had not confirmed the same. Manju Warrier plays the leading lady (this is her second film in Tamil after her debut in Vetri Maaran's Asuran opposite Dhanush). The star cast also comprises Samuthirakani, John Kokken, Veera, GM Sundar, Ajay, Ciby Chandran, Pavani and Amir to name a few.

Thunivu is all set to clash with Vijay's Varisu (helmed by Vamshi Paidipally) as both films gear up to hit screens for Pongal. This is after eight years that films of both Ajith and Vijay are releasing on the same occasion. The last time their films clashed at the box office was in 2014 when Ajith's Veeram and Vijay's Jilla released at the same time.
