Filmmaker SS Rajamouli is proud and overjoyed as his son SS Karthikeya is all set to make his debut as a producer. He expressed confidence in Karthikeya's ability to find success in this endeavour because he is in the company of great people.
Karthikeya will be co-producing two movies, Oxygen and Don't Trouble The Trouble, with Malayalam star Fahadh Faasil playing the lead role in both films. Rajamouli has also extended his support to the projects by presenting them.

SS Rajamouli is a proud father
As Karthikeya embarked on a new journey, Rajamouli shared a heartfelt wish, stating, "Having a splendid script to start one's journey is a dream for any producer. You have TWO!! You have TWO great partners in your journey ahead, steadfast Shobu Garu and the extremely versatile Fahadh. And TWO talented debutants, Shashank and Siddhu! Fly high. So proud."
Instead of following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, V. Vijayendra Prasad, who are great mainstream screenwriters, Karthikeya has chosen to venture into film production and distribution. Earlier, he found huge success by distributing the Telugu dubbed version of the Malayalam blockbuster Premalu.

SS Karthikeya's dream team
Karthikeya has joined forces with producer Shobu Yarlagadda of Arka Mediaworks to bankroll Oxygen and Don't Trouble The Trouble. Welcoming Karthikeya into business, Shobu called him his "protege."
"So many thoughts come to my mind as we announce these two amazing films! Firstly, working with the versatile and brilliant Fahadh Faasil is super exciting for us and that too on two projects is simply amazing! Second, we are introducing two talented directors Shashank & Siddhartha with these two projects and that brings with it its own responsibilities. And last but not least I get to partner with the ambitious and dynamic Karthikeya who I would like to think is my protégé," said Shobu, one of the producers of the Baahubali film series that changed the business of box office in India forever.
Oxygen and Don't Trouble The Trouble will mark the directorial debut of Siddhartha Nadella and Shashank Yeleti respectively. While Oxygen seems like an intense thriller based on the true events, Don't Trouble The Trouble is a fantasy drama.
