#TheExtraOrdiNAARIs: Sudanshu Pandey reveals the two ‘Extraordi-Naaris’ of his life

Sudhanshu Pandey can definitely be called as ‘Master of many trades’. Besides having made his name in television and films, he has also to his credit if having done quite a few films in the regional languages! Besides all that did you know that, before the iconic serial ‘Anupamaa’ happened to him, Sudhanshu Pandey was a part of all-boy band called ‘Band Of Boys’. Besides Sudanshu Pandey, the boy band consisted of Karan Oberoi, Siddharth Haldipur, Sherrin Varghese and Chintoo Bhosle. There must hardly be any nineties’ person who must not have heard of this boy band. But due to reasons best known to Sudanshu Pandey, he quit the band and started concentrating on his acting career.

And after ‘Anupamaa’ happened in his life, there has been no looking back for him. The character of Vanraj Shah that he plays in ‘Anupamaa’ can be summed up in one line- ‘You may love him or hate him, but, just cannot ignore him’! Well… in real life, Sudanshu Pandey is the extreme opposite of his character Vanraj Shah.

On the occasion of ‘Women’s Day’, ‘OTT Play’ caught up with Sudanshu Pandey for an exclusive interview, wherein he revealed the two ‘Extraordi-Naaris’ of his life. When asked about the two ‘Extraordi-Naaris’ of his life, Sudanshu said, “I would first like to wish all the women a very, very ‘Happy Women’s Day’. All the women are extraordinary. And, I would like to say that, the two of the most ‘Extraordi-Naaris’ of my life! Obviously the one who gave me birth-my mother. And, the second one would be my wife who has given birth to another life for me. And, also given birth to two kids of mine… my two wonderful boys. These are the two ‘Extraordi-Naaris’ of my life”.

On the professional front, besides the daily soap ‘Anupamaa’, Sudanshu was last seen in the Shahid Kapoor’s sports drama ‘Jersey’, which also starred Mrunal Thakur and Pankaj Kapur.
