The second season of The White Lotus, Mike White's HBO satire series, has cast Meghann Fahy (The Bold Type), Theo James (Divergent) and Will Sharpe (Landscapers) as series regulars. Joining them in a recurring guest role is newcomer Leo Woodall.

HBO made the announcement via social media today:

Aubrey Plaza was previously announced to play Harper Spiller, a woman who is on vacation with her husband and friends along with The Sopranos star Michael Imperioli as Dominic Di Grasso.

F Murray Abraham, Tom Hollander, Adam DiMarco and Haley Lu Richardson are also part of the cast. Jennifer Coolidge is also set to reprise her original role as the wealthy heiress Tanya Mcquoid in the anthology series.

The sophomore instalment will be set in Italy at Four Seasons San Domenico Palace in the Sicilian resort town of Taormina. The Hollywood Reporter mentions that HBO has not confirmed this development.

White will return as writer, director and executive producer while David Bernad and Mark Kamine will also executive produce.

The White Lotus takes a satirical look into the lives of wealthy and privileged vacationers at a Hawaiin luxury resort. The first season is available to stream on Disney+ Hotstar in India.
