The Signature promo: Anupam Kher's 'fear of losing a loved one' will give you goosebumps

National award-winning filmmaker Gajendra Ahire's next to feature Anupam Kher in the lead role. The film, titled 'The Signature' is all set to release directly on OTT. Bankrolled by KC Bokadia and Anupam Kher Studios, the film also features Mahima Chaudhry, Neena Kulkarni, Annu Kapoor, and Ranvir Shorey in pivotal roles. The makers of the film have now unveiled a new promo from the film which is sure to give you goosebumps. 

The Signature new promo featuring Anupam Kher

The Signature is Anupam Kher's 525th film and is slated to release on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium. Ahead of the release, the makers unveiled a new promo featuring Kher as he battles with his emotions and thousands of questions in his head while his wife is fighting for her life in the hospital. The video showcases him in a tense situation where he tries to cope with the depressing situation of money for his wife. 

In the video, we can hear "Beshak dardnaak hota hai kisko kho dena par behad khaufnaak hota hai kisiko kho dene ka darr" in Anupam's voice. Sharing the promo on their social media account, the streamer captioned it: "That quote hits all our tear ducts. The Signature premieres 4th October on #ZEE5."

The narrative of The Signature is centered around a loving husband's emotional journey to make sure his ailing wife finds the right medical care. The trailer of the film was released a few days ago and it showcases Kher's Arvind dealing with his wife's sudden illness, medical stress, relationships, and equations with people around him. Will he be able to save his wife? Will he choose life or death for her? Can logic take over emotions? Wait and watch the film to know all the answers. 

Earlier, while talking about his character in the film, Anupam Kher said, "What makes my character in this film unique is his deep love and devotion toward his wife. Over the years, their relationship evolves beyond just being partners; they have become friends. That is what truly sets this character apart."

When and where to watch The Signature
