It joins the list that already includes American Hustle, Room, Devotion, Henry’s Crime, and more. There is no confirmation on the release date format because the West is still witnessing the release of season 2. There is a high probability that the season will stream in August.

There are 10 new cast members on board for The Serpent Queen season 2. They include Angus Imrie as Henry IV, Emma McDonald as Rahima, Stanley Morgan as Anjou, and more.

Showrunner Justin Haythe at the STARZ Television Critics Association press tour panel for the series, talking about The Serpent Queen Season 2, said, "Then the question is: What’s the price of survival? I think you’re beginning to see it in the children. If you have to do all these things to survive, if you live in a world where there is no meritocracy, where power is only born, there’s no being good or being smart to win, in order to survive you have to really sell a lot of your morality down the river, and what’s the cost personally?”
