The Sabarmati Report trailer to release on THIS date: Vikrant Massey looks as intense as ever in new poster

Vikrant Massey is once again returning to big screens with Dheeraj Sarna's The Sabarmati Report. The film is releasing in theaters on November 15. Also starring Raashii Khanna and Ridhi Dogra, the film is based on true events focusing on the Godhra train burning incident of 2002. Ahead of the release, the makers unveiled a new motion poster along with the trailer release date.

Balaji Motion Pictures took to their official Instagram account and shared a new fascinating motion poster of The Sabarmati Report featuring Vikrant Massey. In the poster, Vikrant can be seen holding a camera while looking fierce as he unravels the mystery of the Sabarmati Express incident as a fearless journalist. Sharing the poster, they announced that the trailer will be released tomorrow, November 6.

The Sabarmati Report teaser

The teaser shows a train set on fire, but no one knows if it was an accident or a planned crime. It contains interesting dialogues and intriguing scenes that take us to the scene where the tragedy took place and claimed many lives.

Backed by Balaji Pictures and directed by Dheeraj Sarna, The Sabarmati Report is based on the Godhra incident in Gujarat and tells the tragic story revolving around the burning of the Sabarmati Express.

The incident took place on the morning of February 27, 2002, when a sudden fire broke out on the Sabarmati Express and killed 59 pilgrims and karsevaks who were on their way back from Ayodhya.

It was a significant moment in Indian history and politics and has been a highly controversial chapter in recent history that led to several tragic events that changed the social fabric of the country in multiple ways.

Balaji Motion Pictures, a division of Balaji Telefilms Ltd, presents A Vikir Films Production, The Sabarmati Report, starring Vikrant Massey, Raashii Khanna, and Ridhi Dogra, directed by Ranjan Chandel, and produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, Amul V Mohan, and Anshul Mohan.

Meanwhile, the Vikrant Massey film will be released in theatres on 15th November 2024.
