Gear up for a captivating film as director Dheeraj Sarna's The Sabarmati Report is releasing in theaters on November 15. Starring Vikrant Massey, Raashii Khanna, and Ridhi Dogra, the film is based on true events as it focuses on the Godhra train burning incident of 2002. After dropping fascinating posters, the makers released the much-awaited teaser today, October 25.
The Sabarmati Report teaser builds up anticipation
Balaji Motion Pictures took to their official Instagram handle and shared the teaser of The Sabarmati Report. In the clip, Vikrant Massey, who is playing the role of a journalist, can be seen fighting hard to unravel the mystery behind the Godhra train burning incident of 2002.

While sharing the teaser, they captioned it, "Aaj ka Hindustan jawaab dena bhi jaanta hai, aur sawaal poochna bhi! The truth can be rattled, but not defeated."
The teaser shows a train is set on fire, but no one knows whether it was an accident or a planned crime. It captures interesting dialogues and intriguing scenes that take us to the scene where the tragedy took place and claimed many lives.

About the Sabarmati Express fire incident
The Sabarmati Report follows the incident that took place on the morning of February 27, 2002. It shook the entire nation when a sudden fire broke out on the Sabarmati Express and killed 59 pilgrims and karsevaks who were on their way back from Ayodhya.
It was a defining moment in Indian history and politics, leading to far-reaching and dangerous consequences. It has been a highly controversial chapter in recent history and even led to several tragic events that changed the social fabric of the country in multiple ways.
