The Sabarmati Report will showcase the Godhra incident in Gujarat revolving around the burning of the Sabarmati Express. The incident took place on the morning of February 27, 2002, when a sudden fire broke out on the Sabarmati Express and killed 59 pilgrims and karsevaks who were on their way back from Ayodhya.
