The Sabarmati Report stars Vikrant Massey, Raashii Khanna, and Ridhi Dogra in the lead roles. Based on true events focusing on the Godhra train burning incident of 2002, the film was released in theaters on November 15, 2024. Now, the film is all set to land on an OTT platform, ZEE5. Here are three crucial reasons why you should not miss Vikrant's The Sabarmati Report.

Vikrant Massey starrer The Sabarmati Report is all geared to be released on ZEE5 on January 10. You can also watch it with your OTTplay Premium subscription. Ahead of the OTT release, Vikrant shared a video and three reasons why the film is crucial. 

The film cannot be missed for three reasons. One is, it is based on the 2002 Godhra train burning incident, where 90 devotees were killed on the Sabarmati Express train. The incident led to widespread communal riots in Gujarat. Those who missed the film in theaters can experience the plot on ZEE5.

Second, the train accident cost the lives of several people and it is still one of the most talked about topics and also one of the biggest cover-ups of the nation.

The third reason is that a journalist, Samar Kumar (Vikrant Massey) investigating the truth behind the incident. 

Sharing the video, the actor captioned it, "One tragedy, several lives lost, and one mission to tell the untold stories of Godhra Watch #TheSabarmatiReport premiering tomorrow only on #ZEE5!"

After the theatrical release in November last year, fans took to their X accounts and shared their reviews of the film.
