Prabhas has been juggling multiple projects in his career, one of them being The Raja Saab, directed by Maruthi Dasari on a grand scale. Touted as a horror comedy, the film's shooting is nearing completion, and the makers had initially planned to release it on April 10, 2025.

However, reports now suggest that the release may be postponed. Recently, we at OTTplay reported that Prabhas injured himself while filming his other project, Fauji, in Hyderabad, and is scheduled to travel to Germany for treatment.
A source from his team has confirmed that Prabhas will be out of action for three months, which will delay the schedules of his ongoing projects, including The Raja Saab. With the film's shoot still pending and potential scheduling conflicts arising after Prabhas’s recovery, the makers have reportedly decided to postpone the release.
Siddhu Jonnalagadda's Jack to take The Raja Saab's date
This speculation gained traction when Siddhu Jonnalagadda announced April 10, 2025, as the release date for his new film Jack. Given Prabhas's stature, no other star would typically compete with him on the same date, indirectly confirming The Raja Saab's postponement.
Prabhas will play a quirky role in the film, and his look as an old man went viral a few months ago. The movie stars Malavika Mohanan and Niddhi Agerwal as the female leads and is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers. In one of his avatars, Prabhas will also portray a charming lover boy. The music for the film is composed by Thaman.
