The Miranda Brothers new promo: Meet Meezaan Jafri as Regalo, the kind soul with a calm demeanour

Filmmaker Sanjay Gupta, known for films like Jazbaa and Kaabil is all set with his latest offering - The Miranda Brothers. The film, starring Harshvardhan Rane and Meezaan Jafri in the lead roles promises a mix of family drama, revenge, and sports action. While the gripping tale is nearing its release date, the makers have shared a new promo introducing Meezaan's character Regalo Miranda.

Today, on October 23, the makers shared a new promo where Meezaan Jafri's character Regalo Miranda is introduced as a calm soul with a kind heart. The promo also shows the fun camaraderie between the Miranda brothers as well as gives a glimpse into the ups and downs of his life. Sharing the promo, the makers captioned it: "Calm head, kind soul, absolutely a ‘brother’ goal!"

Speaking about casting Harshvardhan and Meezaan in the film, filmmaker Sanjay Gupta told Mid-day that he wanted to make the film immediately. If he had gone to Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra with the script, he would have to wait for a year. "None of the stars at that time were willing to do a direct-to-OTT film. Even now, most of them are not. As I shot this movie in Goa, I learnt that I’m not dependent on a crew of 300. You can be a big-ticket director and yet make a movie that you feel for. Every film doesn’t have to be with mega stars,” he told the portal.

Helmed by Sanjay Gupta, The Miranda Brothers is an upcoming sports, action, and family drama film that will premiere on JioCinema.
