Thalapathy Vijay, the popular Tamil star-turned-politican, is teaming up with hitmaker Venkat Prabhu for his next outing in Tamil cinema. The movie, which has been titled The Greatest Of All Time, is touted to be an action-packed sci-fi thriller. The shooting of the movie, which is also called The GOAT, is now nearing its final stages. Meanwhile, the makers of the Vijay starrer are now planning to release the much-awaited first single, very soon.
The Greatest Of All Time first single to release soon
If the latest reports are to be believed, the highly anticipated first single of The Greatest Of All Time is now gearing up for its release. Yuvan Shankar Raja, the music composer is now busy with the final touches of the song, which is expected to be released on April 14, 2024, on the special occasion of Tamil Putthandu (New Year). However, the makers of the Thalapathy Vijay starrer have not officially confirmed these reports, yet.
The GOAT soundtrack to have four songs?
According to the grapevine, the upcoming Venkat Prabhu directorial’s playlist consists of four songs. Apart from the songs, the Thalapathy Vijay starrer is also expected to have multiple short theme songs for all major characters. The sources close to The Greatest Of All Time suggest that music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja has come up with a signature theme song for Thalapathy Vijay’s character, which comes in the lines of the iconic Mankatha theme. More updates on the same are expected to be revealed very soon.
The Greatest Of All Time shooting plans
As reported earlier, director Venkat Prabhu and his team recently wrapped up the Kerala schedule of the film. Now the cast and crew are enjoying a much-deserved shoot break, before kickstarting the upcoming foreign schedule. The makers are planning to film the most crucial portions of the film, including a fight scene in Russia. Later, the team will return to Chennai to film the high-voltage climax portion of the film, featuring Thalapathy Vijay and the rest of the cast members.
