The Goat OTT release date: Amazon Prime Video seems to be going head-on with Netflix as far as competing with content goes. Recently, the streaming giant announced a new competitive reality show, which will be hosted by popular comedian Daniel Tosh. According to reports, the show is titled The Goat and will see 14 reality stars compete for a $200,000 cash prize.

The Goat will have a total of 10 episodes. Contestants have to undergo 20 mental, physical, emotional, and social challenges. Amazon Prime Video aims to show new sides to these popular stars. The contestants will live together in the Goat Manor, where the intense battle will be captured. The Goat will be released on May 9 on Amazon Prime Video. One episode will air every Thursday until June 27.
The 14 contestants include Wendell Holland, Alyssa Edwards, Lauren Speed-Hamilton, CJ Franco, Da’Vonne Rogers, Paola Mayfield, Reza Farahan, Tayshia Adams, Kristen Doute, Jill Zarin, Teck Holmes, Joey Sasso, Jason Smith, and Joe Amabile.

"Nobody has dared to find out who is the actual best at being on a reality show,” says host Daniel Tosh in The Goat trailer. "So, we have scoured the Earth for the 14 greatest reality show contestants that were available during our production window.” Soon after, the contestants are introduced in the trailer.
The Goat was announced back in May 2023 by Prime Video, and the streaming giant finally announced the release date yesterday. After a long time, Prime Video is bringing an exciting game show; it has so far been focused on series and films.
