Earlier in an interview with India Today, Kareena Kapoor Khan spoke about her film The Crew. The actress mentioned that the Rajesh Krishnan directorial belongs to a cool space of comedy. She also termed it as a typical commercial masala film with three women in the lead.
For those who are unaware, the makers have shot The Crew in Mumbai and Abu Dhabi. The film follows the lives of three women whose destinies lead to unwarranted situations and they get caught in a web of lies.
While this is Kareena's reunion with Rhea Kapoor after Veere Di Wedding, it also marks Rhea's reunion with Ektaa. They have collaborated on Veere Di Wedding and Thank You For Coming. Interestingly, their third outing is also a women-centric film.
