Just like Mrs. found her Mr. Wrong, Stree 2 is now in danger, thanks to Bhootnii writing

In times when we have Stree 2 ruling at the Box Office, comes a trailer of a horror-comedy that does everything to be masculine. It is to be noted that while the title of the trailer is feminine (The Bhootnii), there’s nothing feminine about the content itself. Sanjay Dutt refuses to leave character and goes macho even with horror-comedy. The result? Something ineffective.
Welcome to the world where Mrs. found her Mr. Wrong. This time, Stree 2 found an unnecessary macho man in Bhootnii. The newly released trailer sees Sanjay Dutt be in his character from ages ago, and honestly, it's something nobody asked for.
Elements of horror? Yes, Bhootnii gets that right with women like Mouni Roy and Palak Tiwari proving to be ghosts seeking true love. Comedy is where this movie fails already, especially when it comes to Dutt's character. Although the Naagin punchline lands, the comedy here otherwise is something only men born in the 80s would probably laugh at. It is in no way what we need in this generation. This one, thus, looks like nothing but a desperate yet failed attempt at trying to beat Stree 2 at horror-comedy.
Apart from Dutt, Mouni Roy and Palak Tiwari, Bhootnii features Sunny Singh and Aasif Khan. The movie marks Beyounick's Bollywood debut. Directed by Sidhaant Sachdev, the film releases in theatres on April 18.
If you are looking for a horror-comedy that actually managed to give some competition to Stree 2, look no further. Riteish Deshmukh, Sonakshi Sinha and Saqib Saleem slayed in Kakuda, and the movie is now available with just your OTTplay Premium subscription. So head over and watch the film now!
