Telugu actor Nithiin Reddy, who has a couple of projects in his kitty, is all set to begin his next schedule for his upcoming film Thammudu from tomorrow (March 14). The film, directed by Venu Sriram, is set to begin the new schedule from Vizag tomorrow, according to a few reports. It is also reported that the Extraordinary Man actor and a few other cast members are expected to join the Vizag schedule, which has been planned for 10 days. An official confirmation regarding the same is expected to be released by the team soon.
Directed by Venu Sriram, the upcoming Telugu film is based on a heartwarming sibling relationship. It was earlier informed that Varsha Bollamma was roped in to play the role of Nithiin’s sister. According to reports, director Venu Sriram felt that Varsha Bollamma was the perfect choice for this film. The grapevine also suggests that apart from Varsha, there will be two other prominent actors who will be seen as Nithin's sisters in the film.
Dil Raju is producing this project. When he heard the film script about a man with many siblings and how he faces certain issues due to them, he loved the idea and decided to join the film.
Meanwhile, Nithiin is busy with the shooting of his other film Robinhood. He will be seen in a quirky role and the first look has already gone viral. Apart from Thammudu and Robinhood, the actor will also be seen in Trinadha Rao’s next film. The screenplay for the film is reportedly written by Prasanna Kumar. We need to see what kind of film will Trinadha Rao and Nithiin come up with next. Watch this space for more updates.
On the other hand, Nithiin's last film, Extra Ordinary Man, which was a massive flop at the box office, is currently available for streaming on Disney+ Hotstar. Extra ordinary Man, which was an action comedy directed by Vakkantham Vamsi, had opened to negative reviews from critics and viewers, alike, which resulted in the film's poor performance at the box office. The actor now has pinned his hopes on Thammudu and Robinhood to make a strong comeback.
