Thalapathy Vijay, the popular star is set to finish two more projects, before taking an indefinite break from films for his political career. The popular star’s 68th film, which has been titled The Greatest Of All Time aka The GOAT, marks his first collaboration with hitmaker Venkat Prabhu. The movie, which is touted to be a mass action film with elements of sci-fi, has been slated to hit the theatres on September 5, 2024. Ahead of the massive release, the makers are planning to drop The Greatest Of All Time trailer in August 2024.
Vijay’s The Greatest Of All Time trailer to be released on August 15?
If the recent updates are to be believed, the highly anticipated The Greatest Of All Time trailer is gearing up for its grand release, in August, on the special occasion of the 67th Independence Day of India. Some unconfirmed reports suggest that The GOAT trailer will be revealed on social media mostly on August 15, 2024, morning. However, the makers will officially announce this trailer release date and other details, only after director Venkat Prabhu and his team wrap up the trailer edit.
The GOAT third single soon?
Meanwhile, it is also rumoured that the makers are planning to drop The GOAT third single, which is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, very soon. According to the grapevine, the upcoming third single is expected to feature Thalapathy Vijay, along with Meenakshi Chaudhary, who plays one of the female leads in the film. Even though the release date is not officially announced yet, rumourmills suggest that The Greatest Of All Time third single will be out on August 1, 2024.
Along with Thalapathy Vijay, The GOAT features a stellar star cast including senior actor Mohan, Prashanth, Sneha, Prabhu Deva, Jayaram, Laila, Ajmal Ameer, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Yogi Babu, Premji Amaran, VTV Ganesh, Aravind Akash, and others in the supporting roles.
