Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya worldwide box office collection Day 3: Shahid Kapoor-Kriti Sanon's rom-com enters ₹50 crore club

The first weekend of Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon starrer Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya (TBMAUJ) concluded satisfactorily. The film had a decent start at the box office which was strengthened by encouraging word-of-mouth, and the film finally finished with a double-digit Sunday box office collection. The film saw an upward trend on Sunday and collected Rs 27 cr, according to industry tracker Sacnilk.

The romantic comedy started its run at the ticket window by collecting Rs. 6.7 cr on day one, followed by a jump on Saturday and making Rs 9.65 cr. However, the third day of the release eventually saw a bigger jump and finally hit the double digits with its total collection. The total collection of the film now stands at Rs 26.85 cr in India.

About the worldwide collection of the film, it has earned more than Rs 50 cr as of now. The film has grossed Rs 55.10 cr at the worldwide box office.

However, the main test of the film will start from today, i.e., Monday. If the film could make a respectable amount on its first Monday, it might keep growing steadily throughout the weekend and earn a respectable amount for its lifetime collection. The narrative of the film revolves around a robot specialist (Shahid Kapoor), who falls in love with a robot named Sifra, played wonderfully by Kriti Sanon. The film also stars Dharmendra and Dimple Kapadia in important roles and is produced by Maddock Films.

Mira Rajput reviews Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya

Earlier, Mira Rajput, Shahid Kapoor's wife took to her Instagram account to review the film. She praised the film and the performances of the lead actors. On her Instagram stories, Mira shared a still from the film of Kriti and Shahid and wrote: “Complete laughter riot! Entertainment overload after ages! Love, laughter, masti, dancing and heart touching message at the end.”.

Talking about the lead actors’ performances, she wrote, “@kritisanon you were Pitch Perfect. @shahidkapoor The OG Lover-Boy, there’s no one like you. You made my heart melt.” She also added, “Watch Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya now. Dil se hasaaya (made me laugh from the heart), stomach is hurting.”
