Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya trailer release date - Know more about Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon's 'impossible love story' on THIS date

The Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon's film has finally got its title: Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. The makers revealed the first song of the film today, which is a recreation of the popular track by Mame Khan, Laal Peeli Akhiyaan. Now, the makers have also announced that the trailer for the Valentine's Day weekend release will be out on January 18, 2024. 

Plot overview

Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya marks the first outing of Shahid and Kriti on the big screen. In the film, Shahid, a clumsy and bumbling young man, meets the girl of his dreams, Kriti, in a futuristic world. As he navigates through a succession of funny blunders and dangerous scenarios, he must win her heart when he confronts an evil companion.

Shahid's comeback to dance and chemistry with Kriti

The song showcases both Shahid's triumphant comeback to dancing after nearly a decade and the new chemistry between him and Kriti.

Interestingly, the track indicates that Kriti is not human, given the robotic choreography. Furthermore, the video showcases her engagement with Shahid as the backdrop. The song also gives a glimpse into Dharmendra's character, who plays a pivotal role in the film. 

Film described as an "Impossible Love Story"

Up until this point, people have described Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya as an impossible love story. Raghav's single, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, inspired the film's title, and it is highly likely that the song will be incorporated into the film.

Laxman Utekar, Jyoti Deshpande, and Dinesh Vijan produce Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, while Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah direct it.

The film marks Shahid's return to the big screen after two years, as the actor had two OTT releases in 2023: the series Farzi and the film Bloody Daddy. Meanwhile, Kriti, who won the National Film Award last year for her performance in Mimi, had an unsuccessful theatrical run with the releases of Shehzada, Adipurush, and Ganapath. 

Meanwhile, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya is set to be released on February 9, 2024.
